Mr. Asish is a highly qualified technocrat, seasoned IT professional, and agripreneur, boasting an impressive 22-year journey filled with rich and insightful experiences, including over 14 years in international settings spanning the UK, Europe, APAC, MEA, and beyond. As an alumnus of NIST and a member of the inaugural batch that graduated in 2000, Mr. Asish has leveraged his extensive knowledge to standardize and simplify technology interventions and operations, particularly in the context of agriculture, making this sector more accessible and efficient. With his innate communication and leadership skills, combined with a demonstrated aptitude for swiftly grasping and applying new farming concepts, he embarked on the remarkable journey of establishing Bloomenara, a pioneering Agri-tech venture that has grown from the ground up to transform the agricultural landscape. NIST honored Mr. K Venketswar Reddy, a 2011 graduate in CSE with NIST STAR ALUMNI AWARD 2023. This prestigious recognition applauds his outstanding contributions to the field of Public Services. Mr. Reddy achieved the 24th rank in the Odisha Administrative Services (OAS) examination conducted by the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) in 2021. Furthermore, he was bestowed with the Best Officer Trainee Award for his batch from the Gopabandhu Academy of Administration in Bhubaneswar. Currently, Mr. Reddy holds the position of Tahasildar-cum-Executive Magistrate within the Revenue & DM Department of the Government of Odisha, stationed in Bissamcuttack. Prior to this role, he gained experience as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies Limited in Noida and served as a Manager at the Food Corporation of India in Kurukshetra. NIST takes immense pride in counting Mr. Venketswar among its distinguished alumni!

NIST honored Mrs. Rashmirekha Kalyani Mishra, a 2018 graduate in ECE with NIST STAR ALUMNI AWARD 2023. This prestigious accolade celebrates her remarkable contributions to the realm of #Arts & #Culture. Rashmirekha is a gifted artist and poet, having authored three poetry books, two anthologies, and a collection of short stories. Her book, "Filling Feelings," earned her the esteemed India Inspirational Women's Award, presented by none other than Dr. Kiran Bedi. Rashmirekha's literary talent knows no bounds, as evidenced by her inclusion in the Magic Book of Records for crafting an astounding 500 Limericks, each artfully distilled into just 15 words. Her artistic abilities extend beyond words, with some of her artwork showcased in Google Books. Furthermore, her paintings recently gained recognition at the International Art and Sculpture Exhibition - #Tulika, attesting to her global artistic impact.
